Today and tonight, I did various dumbell exercises throughout the night. Curls, squat-curl-thrusts, shoulder presses. I also did some pushups and situps.
6 down, 94 to go.
A Month of Reflection

This blog will simply be a chronicle of my attempt to become more disciplined when it comes to exercising. I want to motivate myself to continually exercise by setting a goal number of consecutive days of working out.
